Brenda has always had a passion for animals and has cared for many pets since childhood.

Brenda holds a BS in Animal Science from Virginia Tech. She is an experienced Veterinary Technician, having worked in clinics for 5 years, she is capable of providing the outstanding level of service and care that has become synonymous with Compassion Pet Sitting.

Brenda’s experience makes her comfortable administering injections, fluids and medications, as well as giving her an eye for a pet that may need some extra TLC.

Besides cats and dogs, she has owned and cared for a ferret, parakeets and mice. She currently cares for 4 dogs of various sizes, 2 cats and 2 rabbits of her own. When Brenda is not walking her dogs, brushing her cats or giving treats to her bunnies, she loves to read and spend time with family and friends.
